Shipping information

We are shipping to most destinations within the contiguous United States.
We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any other U.S. territories and possessions.
We do our very best to ship any order out latest the next business day. Orders will be shipped via carrier of our choice. We only ship packages during the business week.
Please make sure that you use the correct shipping address. It is important to include a floor, suite, or apartment number in your address. Bridge Toys, LLC will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation to confirm your order, shipping address and delivery estimates.

Order Cancellations:  If you need to cancel an order prior to shipping please reply to                                 our order confirmation. Unfortunately, we can't cancel your                                     order once it's shipped
